Standard Terms & Conditions

Ordering Procedure

Orders must be placed in writing, please ensure all required details are shown clearly to eliminate any error or omissions. Libra cannot be held responsible for customer errors or omissions.

Delivery Charges

Delivery of orders over £500 will be delivered free of charge to customers premises or designated goods area during normal working hours. Orders under £500 may be subject to a delivery charge.

Cancellation

We regret that we are unable to accept canellation of orders except on terms which will indemnify us against loss. We are unable to except cancellations 5 working days or less prior to the due date.

Delivery Lead Time

Libra will at all times endeavour to deliver to quoted lead times. However the lead time is an estimate and under no circumstances will Libra be liable for loss due to delayed deliveries.

Terms of Payment

Invoices are due for payment 30 days EOM from the date of delivery. All goods remain the property of Libra until they have been paid for in full.
